The Application-Specific Permission Settings Do not Grant Local Activation Permission for the COM Server Application with CLSID {} and APPID {} to the User NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT SID () from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable)

解決方案:

Press “Windows” + “R” to open the Run prompt.

Type in “dcomcnfg.exe” and press “Enter“. (元件服務)

Click on the “Security” option and then check the “Customize” option for “Launch and Activation Permissions“.

Click on the “Add” button and type in “NT SERVICE\SQLSERVERAGENT” in the “Enter The objects Name to select” option.
